HOW TO APPLY
Candidates can apply to participating colleges i.e. Dolphin
(PG) institute of Bio-Medical and Natural Sciences, Dehradun
or Dolphin (PG) College of Life Sciences, Chandigarh Members
of Group for courses by purchasing & submitting the form with
any of the following for Group Offices.

Prospectus by Post
The application material can be procured from Dolphin Group
Offices by writing to the following address by enclosing a
request along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 350/- drawn in
favour of Dolphin (PG) Institute of Bio-Medical & Natural
Sciences, payable at Dehradun or Rs. 550/- in favour of Dolphin (PG) College of Life Sciences,
payable at Chandigarh from following offices.
the applicant can also Download the admission form from
Websites, fill in the same and send along with a Demand Draft
for Rs. 15,350/- for Dehradun (Rs. 15000/- as registeration
fee and Rs. 350/- as prospectus fee) and Rs. 15550/- for
Chandigarh campus (Rs. 15000/- as Registeration fee and Rs.
550/- as prospectus fee). The application form will not be
accepted unless accompanied with the above mentioned fee.
