Keeping pace with the tradition of keeping words, DIBNS launched its Placement & Personality Development Cell under the name & style of ‘DOLPHIN'S CAREERAID’ under the able guidance of renowned human resource professionals from the corporate world, being headed by Mr. Rajeev Verma, Director Operations. The primary concern of this cell is to explore job & career opportunities in India & overseas and to establish strong bonds with the leading job providers, industrial houses, medical colleges & hospitals, research centers, Govt. agencies & foreign embassies. Apart from assisting students in clarifying career objectives & identifying employment opportunities, this cell maintains list of jobs, vacancies & organizes seminars on personality development, writing CV, group discussions & attending interviews. The cell has also formed a
detailed personality development program (PDP) after extensive working of three years & the curriculum is being offered to the students optionally at a annual fees of Rs. 5000/- which would include 24 PDP sessions in an academic year. Here the aim is to transform the personality of the DIBNS students into that of globally acceptable leaders. The full time Placement officer Mr. Sanjay Kapoor is operating under the able and experienced management team of DIBNS, which enjoys widely spread connections in India & abroad. This cell is involved in process of identifying prospective employers & arranging the campus interviews in order to assist the DIBNS students in obtaining lucrative jobs.The cell is also actively involved in exploring self employment opportunities for those who have entrepreneurial skills and assists them in obtaining financial assistance from banks. Joints pain information and consultation clinic,  diagnostic clinic & physiotherapy clinic respectively. General medical OPD facility including, Physiotherapy and Pathology is also available at the institute campus. The students are exposed to different ailments which is an essential part of their clinical training. The patients as well as the students have the advantage of supervision by highly experienced and qualified faculty.

DIBNS opened yet another Health Centre in Sakya Hospital, Rajpur Road, Dehradun. The Centre was inaugurated by H.H. Sakya Trizin. While appreciating the efforts of DIBNS, he expressed his views regarding the importance of physiotherapy in lives of the masses and hoped that the local people will be benefitted by the Centre. Two more health centers at Lions Dharmath Chikitsalaya, Kanwali Road, Dehra Dun and at Jankalyan Hospital in collaboration with Sanjeevani Medical and Diagonostic Centre, Anurag Chowk, Dehra Dun have been started recently. Mr. Arvind Gupta said that more such Health Centres will be opened in near future in Dehradun and other hilly regions of Uttarakhand and the meritorious students of the Institute will be recruited in these Health Centres.
